We are a compact, highly skilled team of chemical, electrical, and hardware engineers, supported by experienced thermal interface material (TIM) and cooling hardware production experts, along with sales, marketing, and operational support staff. Our testing lab facilities are equipped with state of the art microscopes, testing tools and analytics, including:
- Different optical microscopes (up to x2000)
- Modern scanning electron microscope (SEM) with EDX
- Laser-based elemental analyzer for material verification and control
- One-shot 3D measuring macroscope for rapid, high-precision surface topology analysis
- Slope cutting and cross-sectioning for microscopic material inspection
- XRF material analysis supporting RoHS
Manufacturing technology
Our core manufacturing processes include:
- CNC milling, water and laser cutting for precision production of copper, plexi and glass for water blocks and hardware accessories production
- Vacuum-based mixing, degassing, and dispensing systems for high-purity liquid metal compounds and thermal pastes
- Custom tooling and jigs for specialized product assembly and performance validation
- Design and production for all related parts from fixtures, molds to mass production

Our headquarters in Hohen Neuendorf, Germany, is the heart of Thermal Grizzly Holding and Thermal Grizzly Industrial, housing our R&D labs, thermal interface materials and water cooling hardware production, along with core supporting departments.
