The Haimer Power Clamp Economic Plus NG i4.0 is an industrial shrink fit machine designed for the thermal fitting of tool holders for carbide and HSS tools in the diameter range of Ø 3 to 32 mm. It uses integrated induction heating with a heating output of 13 kW and is intended for applications requiring defined, form fitting tool connections with high concentricity. Process control features include integrated contact cooling and a cooling manager, which enable controlled and uniform cooling and thereby preserve the concentricity and bearing clearance accuracy of the shrink fit connection.

The Brother Speedio U500Xd1 is a highly dynamic, universal 5-axis CNC machining center with an integrated tilting rotary table. Distinguished by high feed and rapid traverse rates as well as short tool change times, the machine is particularly well suited for productive series manufacturing. The Water Jet Sweden waterjet cutting machine is a CNC controlled abrasive waterjet system designed for the highly precise cutting of a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics, composites, glass, and ceramics, without thermal impact or distortion. It is based on a rigid gantry machine frame with a large cutting area and travel ranges in X, Y, and Z designed for 2D cutting strategies. The system uses a high pressure pump to generate water pressure of up to 400 MPa. The CNC controlled axis drive achieves positioning accuracies in the range of a few hundredths of a millimeter. Combined with stable mechanical guidance and repeatability in the range of ±0.02 to ±0.05 mm, the system is well suited for industrial cutting applications with high demands on dimensional accuracy.

The Boschert Profibend 28 is a compact, hydraulically driven press brake with CNC/NC control for precise bending processes in sheet metal materials. It offers a maximum pressing force of 280 kN (28 t) with a bending length of approximately 1,000 mm, making it suitable for small to medium sized components with sheet thicknesses of up to around 10 mm. Mechanical axis and return movements, a programmable back gauge, as well as axis travel ranges and operating speeds typical of press brakes, provide the essential functions required for integration into manufacturing workflows.
