RoHS compliance testing
Certified safe. Globally compliant.
RoHS compliance testing for electrical & electronic equipment
Ensure your products meet international safety and environmental directives with our enterprise-grade RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliance testing. We support manufacturers, suppliers, and system integrators with precise, standards-driven analysis, streamlining global market access and regulatory peace of mind.
What is RoHS &
why it matters
The RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU and its amendment 2015/863) limits the use of specific hazardous materials in the manufacture of various types of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE). Non-compliance can result in:- High-resolution 2.5D models (STL, STEP, OBJ, etc.)
- Accurate dimensional analysis (up to ±0.01 mm)
- Surface topography & feature capture
- Support for complex/irregular PCB geometry
What we test for
We conduct advanced screening and lab verification with state-of-the art laboratory equipment (XRF) for the following restricted substances (per RoHS 3 directive):- Lead (Pb)
- Mercury (Hg)
- Cadmium (Cd)
- Hexavalent Chromium (Cr6+)
- Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB)
- Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE)
- Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP)
- Butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP)
- Dibutyl phthalate (DBP)
- Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP)
Our approach: tailored testing from start to finish
We offer end-to-end support, from initial assessment to final certification, tailored to the complexity and volume of your production.
Sample testing using XRF and chemical analysis
Technical documentation review (TCF)
Full material declarations (FMD)
Consultation on material substitution
Risk analysis for supply chain compliance
